Luis Rosales

Luis Rosales

Executive Director

Luis Rosales started at Trilogy Recovery Community in January 2013 as the Executive Assistant, spending the other half of his time managing the Pro Bono Program at Blue Mountain Action Council. In June 2013, he became Executive Director at Trilogy. He holds a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Aviation from Walla Walla University and is in the process of defending his final case study project this fall to complete his M.A. in Counseling Psychology, also from WWU. Since 2009, Luis has served on the board of directors for Friends of Children of Walla Walla. He likes to spend time with family and friends when he is not working. 

Megan McGavock

Executive Assistant

Megan McGavock graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Colorado in December of 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an emphasis in Education. In the Fall of 2012, Megan moved to Walla Walla, Washington to join the Blue Mountain Action Council AmeriCorps team. She served two years in AmeriCorps, the first assisting the Intervention Specialist at Sharpstein Elementary and the second mentoring youth at the Juvenile Justice Center. Megan currently works at Trilogy Recovery Community as the Executive Assistant. In her free time, Megan enjoys doing CrossFit, traveling, cooking, and being social in the Walla Walla community.

Latino Outreach Ally

Cari Base Honsinger graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara in May 2009 with a Bachelors of Arts in English and emphasis in Peace and Justice Studies. Since completing her undergrad Cari has worked as a farmer, teacher, and writer, living in Central America and Washington. She came to Walla Walla in 2011 and began working at Trilogy in 2012. She currently serves as Trilogy's Latino Outreach Ally, developing support groups in Spanish-speaking communities in and around Walla Walla, translating materials, and carrying out presentations and workshops in Spanish. In her free time, Cari devours books and enjoys cooking, writing, and trail running with her husband.

 

Peggy Needham

Peggy Needham

Community Prevention and Wellness Coordinator

Peggy Needham is the Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative Coordinator for Walla Walla. Peggy was born and raised in Walla Walla, graduating from Walla Walla High School and attending Walla Walla Community College. She worked as the Prevention Specialist for Walla Walla County Department of Human Services for nine years before taking time off to stay at home with her three children. Peggy also worked for the City of Walla Walla Fire Department, creating and implementing an injury prevention program focusing on older adults and home safety, chronic health conditions and misuse/abuse of prescription medications. When not working, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family at local sporting events, traveling and participating in various community service organizations.
